Jaclyn Sullivan, M.A, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her Masters of Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra. She has provided counseling for individuals, couples, children and adolescents in a broad range of settings including educational, home based programs, residential care, non-profit sectors and outpatient/inpatient facilities. She is trained and experienced in providing both short-term and long-term therapy. She also has previous experience working with couples and families at the Joan & Arnold Saltzman Community Service Center and experience working with youth with spectrum disorders.  

Kelly Shuster, M.S., LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who obtained her Masters of Science degree from Hunter College. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She has experience in helping those who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and/or low self esteem. She has worked in an inpatient unit as well as other counseling facilities. She also holds her certification in domestic violence and child abuse.

Melissa Klepper, M.S., LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who obtained her Masters at C.W. Post. She is trained in providing psychotherapy for those who have addiction or PTSD. She has worked in the non-profit sector as well as school settings. She has devised and organized group counseling sessions. She is especially trained in symptom management recovery, seeking safety, anger management and grief counseling. She also has experience in working with those that have co-occurring mental health concerns and substance abuse issues. 

Lauren E. Bayer, MA, EdM, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She earned her Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology and her Masters of Education of Psychological Counseling from Teachers College Columbia University. She has vast experience working with those who struggle from varied clinical diagnosis. She has worked in diverse settings such as outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation, homeless population and residential. She is trained in seeking safety, relationship trauma, mindfulness, grief counseling and anger management. Lauren provides psychotherapy to all age groups providing individual, couple, family and group therapy.


Loretta Kelly, M.S., LMSW is a Licensed Social Worker who obtained her Masters degree from Adelphi University. She specializes in working with children, adolescents and families. She has experience in helping those who have difficulty with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, low self-confidence, ADHD and anger concerns. She has worked in a Residential Treatment Center, Lawrence Middle School, Non-Profit Sectors and Hospital Settings. She has devised and organized group counseling  sessions for Youth and Adolescences.

Manisha Gandhi, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s in Social from University of Nevada. She is trained in EMDR and motivational interviewing in conjunction to other therapeutic modalities. She has provided counselling for individuals, couples, children and adolescents. She has experience working in home based programs, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities, non-profit agencies and rehabilitation       programs. Manisha is also certified in Financial Social Work. She works with helping those who have experienced trauma or stressful events, causing symptoms and difficulties with coping, managing and anxiety. She helps client’s find a healthy perception of themselves and to strengthen their relationships with others.

Alyssa Guido, MS, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Providence College and Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. While in school she completed research surrounding identity, nostalgia, self-esteem and risk behaviors. Alyssa has spent the last several years working in outpatient, residential and home-based programs throughout Long Island and New York City. Her experience and training is focused in communication, coping skills/symptom management, the parental role, adolescents, self-esteem and building strong relationships.


Jeanne Byrnes, MS, CRC, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified rehabilitation counselor. She earned her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling at Hofstra University. She has been a faculty member in the CMHP Department at Hofstra University for the past eighteen years, and is currently an Assistant Professor. Jeanne has experience working with individuals, couples, families and facilitating groups therapy sessions. She specializes in working with individuals with mental health concerns related to adjustment and formal diagnoses. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with disabilities. Jeanne also speaks regularly in the community on ethics in human services, group process, clinical supervision and counseling skills. Her current professional interest areas involve self-care and advocacy.
